Media Release: David Madore Announces Candidacy For Clark County Council Chair

David Madore is running for the Clark County Council Chair At-Large position in the upcoming 2015 election. Madore currently serves as the Chair of Clark County’s Board of Councilors.  He was elected Clark County Commissioner in 2012, defeating Marc Boldt.

Madore has demonstrated effective leadership for Clark County by opening the floodgates to local private jobs and free enterprise by introducing smart programs including the fee waiver program which contributed to the creation of 7,000 new private sector jobs and over $60 million in new construction projects locally.  Clark County is now leading the State in job growth.

“Three years ago our citizens were hurting due to high unemployment and yearly tax hikes.  I shared a vision and a plan to breathe new life into our community.   You honored me with your trust to do what I promised.  I’ve built a trusted working relationship with my fellow Councilors, and our County Manager which has been essential to the accomplishments we have achieved.   We are on the right path and I would be honored to continue to work for you, my bosses.”

Founder of U.S. Digital, David Madore is a proven leader.  His company is debt free and provides over 130 local jobs.  The U.S. Digital Outreach Center provides rent-free office space for over 36 Non-Profit organizations.
