It's official! With your help, we defeated SB 5263 and the substitute bill SB 6616 which expanded HOA powers and limited homeowners' rights. This is great news for all of us as citizens and homeowners in protecting our property rights.  I want to say a big thank you to all of you who got involved, wrote emails, and made calls to our legislators!  A special thank you to the Mt. Vista neighbors for your work in this important effort.  You can see the history of these bills by typing in the number (not SB) of these bills in the search box here: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/default.aspx  In service, Vicki Kraft,17th Legislative District Chairman, Clark CountyRepublican Party.
